This guide demonstrates a quick and easy way to save iPhone text messages to a Word document via using a versatile PC application called CopyTrans Contacts. Export iPhone messages to PC

  1. Download CopyTrans Contacts from the following page:

  2. Install the program. If you need help installing CopyTrans Contacts, please refer to this article.

  3. Run CopyTrans Contacts and connect the iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. CopyTrans Contacts will start loading your iPhone text messages. To access the iPhone messages, click on the speech-bubble icon on the left-hand side pane. Choose iPhone text messages that you wish to save as a Word document. If you would like to save all your iPhone messages at once, check the box next to “Messages”.
