This license agreement is a legal agreement between the end user (as an individual), hereinafter referred to as the User and Ursa Minor Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Ursa Minor. The software and any of its supporting documentation are hereinafter referred to as the Product.
By installing or using the Product, the User indicates their complete and unconditional acceptance of this License Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement.
Should there be any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any other agreement between the User and Ursa Minor in relation to the Product, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply.
Information contained in the Product is subject to change without notice and does not represent a commitment or contracted obligation on the part of Ursa Minor.
The User agrees to use the service in accordance with the Agreement. Ursa Minor may amend or modify the Agreement at any time.
Free Products
Ursa Minor provides the following Products free of charge for home users: CopyTrans Filey, CopyTrans Manager, CopyTrans HEIC for Windows, and CopyTrans Drivers Installer.
Evaluation License Agreement
As part of its service, Ursa Minor agrees to provide trial versions of its paid Products, namely CopyTrans, CopyTrans Contacts, CopyTrans Photo, CopyTrans Shelbee, CopyTrans Cloudly, and CopyTrans Backup Extractor with the exception of CopyTrans TuneSwift. Ursa Minor agrees to provide this service free of charge.
Purchased License Agreement
Purchased license gives the right to use the Product for an unlimited period of time and provides access to all software updates for 2 years starting from the date of purchase.
Home users may use the license on a maximum of 5 computers and 5 devices within the same household.
Businesses are required to purchase a professional license. The business license gives the right to use all Products. Please note that our free Products listed above are only free for private use. The license cost is based on the number of iOS devices to be managed with the CopyTrans programs. Please contact our sales team at copytrans@copytrans.net for further details or to get a quotation.
Technical Assistance
All the Products are 100% success guaranteed. Ursa Minor provides Users that purchased a license with technical support by email within 24 hours. If in spite of the support team’s assistance, one of the Products fails to fulfill its purpose, Ursa Minor will refund you within 30 days of purchase, in compliance with the company’s Refund Policy.
Limitations of Liability
Having paid for the Product does not include any consideration for assumption of risk by Ursa Minor, and Ursa Minor disclaims any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or operation of or inability to use the Product, even if Ursa Minor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, the User indemnifies and agrees to hold Ursa Minor harmless from such claims.
Copyright Notices
The Product is the property of Ursa Minor. All rights for the Product belong to Ursa Minor. These rights are not transferred as part of this Agreement.
CopyTrans® is a registered trademark of Ursa Minor. All other trademarks referenced herein or in the Product are the property of their respective owners.
Limitations of Use
The User may not transfer, rent, copy or use the Product in any way, in whole or in part, except for personal use.
The User may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software or modify or reproduce the program documentation.
Place of Jurisdiction
Ursa Minor is a registered Mauritian company and this agreement is governed by Mauritian laws.
