If you are not satisfied with the CopyTrans program you purchased, please email us providing your purchase details (email address, full name, or invoice) and the reason why you want to be refunded. In most cases, we can provide a solution to the problem and get the software working properly.
You will be granted a full refund in the following situations:
- Right of withdrawal (EU/UK): In accordance with applicable consumer laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Note: By downloading and activating the software, you consent to the immediate execution of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal without cause, except in the event of a technical defect.
- There was a technical issue with the program that we cannot fix or advise on (please provide us with your log files for review).
- The same program was unintentionally purchased twice in a row.
- You purchased the wrong product and already bought the right one (or wish to exchange it).
- You have upgraded to the CopyTrans 7 Pack and wish to refund your first individual purchase.
You will not be granted a refund in the following situations:
- The purchase took place more than 30 days ago.
- You activated and used the program, but then decided that you do not want or need it anymore.
- You refuse to provide log files or collaborate with our support team to diagnose a bug (a refund is your right if the product is proven to be non-conforming, but we need your help to confirm this).
- You bought the CopyTrans 7 Pack and want a partial refund because of a specific program. CopyTrans 7 Pack is a special offer, which entitles our users to a considerable discount, and as such, it cannot be partially refunded.
How to request a refund?
- Contact our support: For any technical issues, we highly encourage you to contact us at copytrans@copytrans.net or via our contact form. Sending log files usually allows us to fix the malfunction quickly.
- Processed by Paddle: As our official Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for processing all transactions and final refunds. You can also submit or track your refund request directly via paddle.net.
