It’s really easy to transfer contacts from Android to iPhone using CopyTrans Contacts. The method described in this article works for all Android phones such as Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy Note, HTC One, Motorola Moto X, etc. and for all iPhone models (including iPhone Xs) running iOS 12 or earlier.

Unlike other methods, CopyTrans Contacts transfers all contact details including photos, addresses, emails, notes, phone number types, etc. from Android to iPhone. In this demonstration, we use a Samsung Galaxy S6 and an iPhone 6.

Let’s Backup your Android Contacts

  1. On the Android phone, open the “People” or “Contacts” app depending on the phone model. contacts application on samsung galaxy home screen

  5. The phone will appear as a new portable drive within the “My Computer” section of your PC where all the rest of the PC drives are listed. Double-click on the drive called “Phone”.

If you exported the contacts to the SD card instead, double-click on the drive called “Card”. android phone shown as a drive
