There are many reasons why you might still keep an old Nokia phone: as a sturdy device when going on holidays, as an emergency phone, or else.

If you have an iPhone and need to bring contacts to your Nokia, CopyTrans Contacts will help you transfer the iPhone contacts to most old Nokia phones in two steps.

Two steps to transfer contacts from iPhone to Nokia

The method described below is valid for all iPhone models and most older Nokia models including the Nokia 6000, 7000, and 8000 series, Nokia phones running on Symbian and the Nokia E, N, and X series. For the purpose of the tutorial, we transferred iPhone 5s contacts to a Nokia 6210 Navigator.

First, transfer the iPhone contacts to PC

  1. If you haven’t downloaded CopyTrans Contacts yet, navigate to the following page: Download CopyTrans Contacts now

  2. Install the program. If you need help installing CopyTrans Contacts, please refer to this article.

  3. Run CopyTrans Contacts and plug the iPhone to your PC. The iPhone contacts get listed in the main program window: iphone contacts displayed in main copytrans window

  4. Select the iPhone contacts you’d like to transfer. To select several contacts, check the box next to each entry. To select all the contacts at once, check the box next to “Contacts” on top: select iphone contacts in main copytrans window

  5. Click “Export selected”: export selected button on top of copytrans contacts window

  6. From the popup, select “iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch (multiple .vcf files)”: export iphone contacts into multiple vcf files on pc

  7. Select the folder on your PC where to export the iPhone contacts. We recommend exporting the contacts directly to the PC Desktop for easy access: browse for folder popup

  8. Now find your iPhone contacts exported to the PC folder of your choice in the form of multiple VCF (vCard) files: vcard contact files in pc folder

Now import the contacts from a PC to your Nokia

  1. It’s time to import the contact files from your PC to the Nokia phone. For the purpose, you need to download and install the free Nokia PC Suite. Download Nokia PC Suite.

  2. Run the Nokia PC Suite and connect your Nokia phone via the USB cable, which came with it. Click on the blue Address Book icon: nokia pc suite address book icon

  3. A new window called “Nokia Communication Center” opens. This is where your Nokia phone contacts (if any) are listed: nokia communication center showing no contacts

  4. Aside from the Communication Center window, open the PC folder where you have your iPhone contacts. Now select all contact entries and drag-drop the selection to the open Communication Center window: drag and drop vcard from pc to nokia communication center

This is it, your iPhone contacts are successfully transferred to your old Nokia phone: nokia communication center on pc suite showing contact entry details
