If you are using CopyTrans Control Center

Make sure it is updated to the latest version which should fix this issue.

If you are using a stand-alone version

Run it as Administrator (this is only required during the first launch or after a component update).

To run an application with elevated user rights, right-click on the .exe file and select Run as administrator. copytrans manager run as administrator

Windows 7 and 8: To run an application with elevated user rights:

  • Right-click on the .exe file.

  • Click Properties and then select the Compatibility tab.

  • Under Privilege Level, select Run this program as an administrator.
