If you are using the CopyTrans Control Center
Make sure you update to the latest version which should fix this issue.
If you are using the standalone version
Run it with Administrator privileges (this is only required on first launch or after a component update).
Windows Vista: To run an application with elevated user rights, right click on the CopyTrans Manager .exe file and select “Run as administrator”.
Windows 7 and 8 – To run an application with elevated user rights:
Right click on the CopyTrans Manager .exe file
Click Properties, and then select the Compatibility tab
Under Privilege Level, select “Run this program as an administrator”
