What does the MS Info file contain?

The MS Info is a separate file that we advise you to include with the CopyTrans program log files. The file provides a general overview of a computer’s system specifications as well as detailed information on the PC’s hardware components and installed software.

We can often help you better troubleshoot the problem you experience with a CopyTrans program if we have your MS Info file included with your program log files. To automatically include the MS Info file in the logs, make sure that the box next to Include MS Info is checked. Then hit the Generate button.

We use the information you provide only to help you troubleshoot. However, if you don’t wish to share the MS Info file, you are free to un-check the option before clicking on the Generate button.
