This message appears if Apple has released a new iPod, iPhone, iPad model, or a new iOS version and you are not using the latest version of the program.
Currently, CopyTrans Photo supports all iOS versions, as well as iPod, iPhone and iPad models.
To fix that issue, please update CopyTrans Photo to the latest version to fix the issue:Update the program
