I get an error message QTCF.dll or sqlite3.dll was not found

You will get this error when iTunes 9 is not correctly installed.

To fix the problem, please go through these instructions, and in the same order as posted below:

  1. Close all working applications
  2. Go to: Start menu/Settings/Control panel and select "Add/Remove programs"
  3. Uninstall in the following order:
    1. iTunes 
    2. QuickTime 
    3. Apple application support and Apple Mobile Device*.
  4. Reboot your computer 
  5. Install a fresh copy of iTunes. You can download the latest version of iTunes from Apple's website.
If it does not fix the problem please contact us by email and don't forget to send us your log files at the same time.

*All these will be re-installed with the new installation of iTunes
