Before you choose between them, note that if you plan to recover/undelete iPod files, please do it BEFORE STARTING THE IPOD DIAGNOSTIC, as recovery chances are best before any repair. Therefore, please click "Recover iPod erased songs" at the bottom of the page if you plan to undelete iPod songs. Otherwise, if you only intend to fix a corrupt or malfunctioning iPod, just click "Heal corrupt iPod".
