You can easily transfer iPhone contacts to BlackBerry using CopyTrans Contacts. It works with all iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch models and BlackBerry models. In this demonstration we’ll be using an iPhone 5 and a BlackBerry Bold 9700.

The first step is to get the contacts off the iPhone. Download CopyTrans Contacts from the following page:

Install CopyTrans Contacts. If you need help installing it, please refer to this article

Run CopyTrans Contacts and connect your iPhone. Your contacts will automatically get displayed within CopyTrans Contacts

Select the contacts you wish to transfer from the contacts list. To transfer all iPhone contacts, click the checkbox next to “Contacts”. To transfer a limited number of contacts, tick the checkbox next to each contact. Now click the “Export selected” button

The next window allows to select the contacts export format. Select “Blackberry” (multiple .contact files)

Navigate to the “C:\Users\YOUR ACCOUNT\Contacts” folder on your PC to save the contacts and click OK. It’s important to use the default Contacts folder as the BlackBerry Desktop Manager will only look in this folder for contacts to add to the BlackBerry

You have now exported all your iPhone contacts as Windows contacts

Now it’s time to transfer the Windows contacts to the BlackBerry. Download and install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for PC

Run the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and connect your BlackBerry through USB

Go to “Organizer” and check “Contacts -> Windows Contacts”. Besides contacts all the other checkboxes must be unchecked as on the screenshot. Click “Configure” next to contacts

Under “Sync direction” choose “One way to your device only”. Close the window by clicking OK

To start the transfer of contacts to the BlackBerry, click on “Sync Organizer”

Review the changes that will take place and click “Sync”.

That’s it. All your iPhone contacts are now copied to your BlackBerry.
