Please follow these simple steps to send us your Mac log files:
- Open the “Finder”
- Click on “User name” in the left sidebar and select the “WindSolutions” folder
- Choose all log files in the folder
- Create a zip file containing all the log files
- Attach the zip file to an email and send it to our Support Team
