If you have received one of the following error messages: “Failed to save contacts” or “Failed to save calendars” when trying to use CopyTrans Contacts with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, you can resolve the issue by turning the device off and then switching it on again.

To do so, simply press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of your iDevice until you see the “Slide to power off” screen after which move the slider to turn off your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.

This should fix the “Failed to save contacts” or “Failed to save calendars” issue, if not please contact our support team with your log files.
