Managing notes sourced from iCloud, Gmail and Yahoo! accounts synced with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch has never been easier. CopyTrans Contacts allows you to access notes from multiple locations. You can also move notes between your accounts with a few clicks. Here is how quick it is to access, edit, move and manage cloud notes right from your PC.

Managing cloud notes with CopyTrans Contacts

  1. Download CopyTrans Contacts from the following page:

  2. Install the program. If you need help installing CopyTrans Contacts, please refer to this article

  3. Run CopyTrans Contacts and connect the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. Click “More” on the top right and select “Cloud setup”: Set up your Yahoo! account to manage all your contacts, calendars and notes in CopyTrans Contacts

  4. To access iCloud, Gmail or Yahoo notes, click “+ New connection” and then select the type of cloud account you wish to add: Set up your cloud accounts to manage your all your contacts., notes and calendars with CopyTrans Contacts

  5. Type in the account username and password in the respective fields and click “Add account”: Manage all your Yahoo! contacts, notes and calendars with CopyTrans Contacts

  6. Once you finished adding the cloud accounts, you can close the “Cloud setup” window: Set up your iCloud, Gmail and Yahoo! accounts to manage all your contacts, calendars and notes in CopyTrans Contacts

  7. From the main CopyTrans Contacts window, click on the Notes icon. You will see all of your local iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch notes appear along with the cloud notes sourced from iCloud, Gmail or Yahoo. Cloud notes are marked by a small symbol designating the account they are sourced from: Manage your cloud notes with CopyTrans Contacts

  8. You can now export your notes or move them directly between cloud accounts. For example to move an iCloud note to Gmail, simply right-click on the desired note, chose “Move to” and from the drop-down menu select the Gmail account. Export your cloud notes with CopyTrans Contacts

NOTE: For the time being, you cannot edit, delete or move notes to your iCloud account if you’re running iOS 9 or iOS 10. Read more on managing iCloud notes under iOS 9 and later
