This quick guide shows how to import your Windows Vista, 7, 8 and Windows 10 contacts to iPhone using CopyTrans Contacts. This method of transfer is completely private and your contacts remain offline on the iPhone. All contact details are imported including contact pictures, notes, numbers and email addresses. All iPhone models are supported including the iPhone 6s.

  1. Download CopyTrans Contacts from the following page Import Windows contacts to iPhone

  2. Install the program. If you need help installing CopyTrans Contacts, please refer to this article

  3. Run CopyTrans Contacts and connect your iPhone to the PC

  4. Click on the “Import contacts” button import button to transfer windows contacts to iphone

  5. Select “From a file (all contact formats)” import windows contacts to iphone from file selection

  6. Navigate to the location where your Windows contacts are found on your PC. Select all the contacts you want to import and click “Open” import contacts iphone

    NOTE: By default Windows Vista, 7, and Windows 8 store contacts in the following folder on your PC: C:/Users/(Your user name)/Contacts. Windows XP users, follow these instructions instead to transfer Windows Address Book contacts to iPhone.
