CopyTrans Photo allows you to delete all Camera Roll photos in one click. There’s no need to manually select photos one by one as is the case when you delete Camera Roll photos from within the iPad or iPhone.
The method described below works for deleting multiple or all Camera Roll photos from any iOS device including iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPad Air, iPad mini, iPad Pro and iPod touch, running any iOS version including iOS 9 and iOS 10.
Note that CopyTrans Photo doesn’t support deletion of the photos when your iCloud Library is turned on. Here’s how to disable iCloud Photo Library on your iPhone.

Download CopyTrans Photo from the following page: Download CopyTrans Photo
Install the program. If you need help installing CopyTrans Photo, please refer to the installation guide.
Run the program and connect the iPad, iPhone, or iPod. The iOS photos and albums appear on the left.
Click on the iPad Camera Roll from the “Albums” panel on the left.
Select the Camera Roll photos that you wish to delete. To select multiple photos press and hold the CTRL button and click on each photo or click on an empty area within the Camera Roll and drag the mouse across the photos you wish to select. To select all photos at once, press CTRL + A.
Right-click on the photo selection and choose “Delete from album”. In this case we select and delete all Camera Roll photos at once.
NOTE: If the “Delete from album” option is grayed out, please follow this guide.
Finally, click on the “Apply changes” button.
NOTE: this will permanently delete the selected photos. We recommend backing up the photos in advance, in case you need them later.
The photos are deleted from the Camera Roll of the iPhone/iPad.
