The purchase of our products entitles you to a one year free upgrade period. The below process will guide you through the process of upgrading your product to the latest version.
Step 1. Get a new activation code
Click here to receive a new activation code by email.
Note: If the email you receive says "no license or expired" it is likely that you have purchased our products more than one year ago. In this case, you will have to keep using your original activation code or purchase a new one here.

Step 2. Get the latest version
CopyTrans Control Center Users
- Open CopyTrans Control Center
- Click on the "Update" text next to the application you want to update.

Advanced Users (who downloaded the zip archive)
- Download the latest files from here
- Extract both files into a folder on your hard drive
Once you have installed it, you can continue with the activation process.
Hint: Before downloading a new version check your purchase date! Remember that only those of you who have purchased the product less than one year ago will receive a new activation code. If this is not your case, you can buy a new license or keep using the version you already have. More info.
Step 3. Activation
To activate the new version you've just installed, please proceed as described here.
