Restoring a backup image

Note: all the operations you will perform to restore your iPod will take place in the LOWER HALF of iCloner called "Restore".

Restoring a backup image to an iPod is as simple as creating the image, and the procedure is pretty similar.

Start by clicking the "Browse..." button in the "Restore" section of iCloner.

A small window opens that lets you browse your computer folders and choose the backup image you wish to use to restore your iPod.

Click on the backup image and hit the "Open" button.

Now, select your iPod in the "Destination iPod" drop down menu in the "Restore" section of iCloner.

Finally, hit the "Start restore" button in the "Restore" section of iCloner.

A progress bar shows you the status of your iPod restoration.

You are all set! Your iPod has just been populated with your music and other personal data. Enjoy iCloner!
