Firewall configuration
Below is a list of the most frequently used firewalls, as well as instructions to configure them to allow CopyTrans Control Center access to the Internet.

- Open McAfee Personal Firewall
- In the program list of the Internet Programs section, rightclick on CopyTrans Control Center and choose "Allow all"
- Close McAfee Personal Firewall
Norton Personal Firewall

- Open Norton
- Click "Personal Firewall"
- Click "Preferences"
- In the "Internet Use" section, click "Personal Firewall" and then click "Configure"
- In the "Firewall Protections" section, scroll the program list down to "CopyTrans Control Center" and change "Block or Defined by user" to "Allow"
- Click "Apply" and "OK"
Zone Labs ZoneAlarm

- Open ZoneAlarm
- Right-click on "Programs"
- In the program list, choose "CopyTrans Control Center" and choose "Access"
- Click the question mark or the red cross button and choose "Allow"
- The Access area should be completely green, when everything is ready
- Close ZoneAlarm
Internet connections relayed through proxies can also prevent CopyTrans Control Center from accessing to the Internet.
